Our machining facilities cover both CNC turning and milling in addition to conventional turning, milling and drilling.

Whether you need fully machined fabrications or purely machined components we are happy to supply.

CNC turning covers components up to 225mm diameter x 1250mm long, whilst our conventional turning capacity extends this range to cover components up to 2 metres long.

CNC 3 axis milling capacity is up to 1050mm in X axis x 590mm in Y and 600mm in Z. In addition we have all the ancillary equipment you would expect to find in a jobbing machine shop.

We manufacture machined components in any batch size (1 off’s not a problem). We are always available to give advice on machining problems and we pride ourselves in finding ways around producing parts that may in the first instance appear to be difficult to produce economically.

In addition to our machining capacity we can also supply fabrications or fully assembled machines or sub assemblies.
